Sweating, confusion, and tachycardia
There’s a subtype of pancreatic cancer called insulinoma, which produces insulin instead of destroying beta cells. The excessive levels of insulin in the blood would cause the opposite effect to that seen in diabetes. Patients would drop their blood sugar dramatically, and this sudden change would cause hypoglycemia symptoms, like sweating, confusion, tachycardia, fainting, and weakness.
