Nausea, vomiting
As mentioned previously, the pancreatic function is deeply involved with digestion. The organ is also near the intestines and in close contact with them. Pancreatic cancers may cause changes to the enzymes you need to digest food, they may increase the acidity in your stomach, and sometimes they grow big enough to compromise the passage of food through the digestive system and interferes with the regular bowel movements. In either case, it causes nausea, vomiting, gastritis-like symptoms or acid reflux.
