Poor mobility
As a result of the pain during gout attacks, patients would experience mobility problems, especially when their symptoms are located in the lower extremities, as in the case of the big toe and other areas of the feet. Walking could be excruciating because the increased pressure in the affected articulation would aggravate the existing symptoms. After the goat attack subsides, the articulation remains tender and mildly painful, but the mobility is usually reestablished.
