Lentils
Just like Peas, lentils have a moderate purine content that if consumed regularly, there is a higher chance of developing gout. Not all cereals have this amount of Purine; in fact, some cereals have zero purine levels. Also, purine levels in lentils are dependent on the environment. Lentils grown in the tropics have higher levels of purine than in other environments. The color and shape might only differ in color shade; they are the same; you might not differentiate in the grocery store by yourself. It is safe to keep off or reduce it in your meal plans.
