Most soft drinks contains a lot of sugar while some contains some levels of caffeine. The work of the pancreas as we have already established is regulating the blood sugar levels in the body and if you take soft drinks you will be adding more sugar to the body. Also if you are experiencing diarrhea and you take soft drinks that have caffeine in them it will only worsen the diarrhea. Avoid soft drinks as much as you can. Water with some lemon will do just fine. Soft drinks don’t have much to add to your body anyway. Avoid soft drinks, remain healthy for a longer time and save some bucks because you won’t be buying soft drinks anymore.
