Urinary incontinence
Urinary incontinence is another symptom of cervical cancer in a late stage. In an early phase, cancer cells are only located in the cervix, which is far away from the urinary tract. But as cancer grows bigger and bigger, it starts to migrate to other tissues, including the urinary tract. As a result of this migration to the urinary bladder and the urinary tract, patients may start having difficulties resist the urge to urinate. In some cases, cancer cells would also migrate to the area of the bowel, causing urinary incontinence along with bowel incontinence or constipation.
