Drowsiness
The severe decrease in the function of the kidneys to remove the toxins and wastes from the blood results in the drowsiness. The presence of impurities and waste products in the blood cause mental problems by shutting down the supply of oxygen to the brain. When there is a lesser availability of oxygen to the brain, then the patient suffers from the sensations of feeling tired and dizzy all the time.
