Blood in urine
Blood in the urine is one of the most common symptoms of kidney failure. The appearance of blood in the urine indicates that there is an inflammation of the glomerulus portion of the kidneys, which is responsible for the filtration of waste products. The condition of blood in urine is medically known as hematuria. It indicates that there is a presence of severe damage to the kidney’s tissues and cells. Sometimes, due to severe damage, the deteriorating cells of the kidneys mix with the urine filtrate and appear as blood.
