Metastasis
When there is lymphatic metastasis, it leads to lymphadenopathy of para-aortic lymph nodes, inguinal, pelvic, and cervical lymph nodes. Hematogenous spread leads to metastasis of the liver, lungs, bone, and brain, triggering symptoms related to each organ.
