Abdominal mass
The tumor may present as an abdominal mass if it is large enough to be seen as a protrusion in the lower abdominal region. In this case, an example is a mucinous cystadenoma, which is also known as the largest benign cystadenoma. If the tumor is large enough, it can cause pressure symptoms over nearby structures.
