In the most severe cases of stomach ulcer, there is slow bleeding from the open sores or ulcers. The gradual blood loss, which is not noticeable, leads to anemia. The person having bleeding ulcers feels fatigued and tired all the time. He may become short of breath with doing routine works. The skin discoloration of a person with stomach ulcers is another sign that he has chronic loss of blood. All of these symptoms mentioned above are due to the anemic condition of the person.
