Tenderness
Testicular tumors may be tender or non-tender, and it is possible that the scrotum may even lose the sensations. Usually, tumors are non-tender but this may change in cases of an acute presentation. Consider that a loss of sensations on the scrotal skin is a meaningful sign associated with testicular carcinoma.
