Scrotal skin ulcers
Testicular tumors don’t involve the scrotal skin but can invade it in sporadic cases. When the tumor invades the skin, it can cause loss of sensation of the skin over the tumor and can ulcerate if the invasion is extensive; the ulcer can bleed and can be infected as well. The painless enlargement of inguinal lymph nodes is another sign of the scrotal skin involvement. The edges of the ulcer are usually sloping and slow-healing.
