Knee pushups
If you find wall pushups easy and they do not cause any muscle soreness, get on all fours and perform a push-up while keeping your knees on the floor.
After completing these exercises for a few weeks, you will feel completely different than before. Once again, do not push yourself and remember you’re not trying to be an athlete. If you find these exercises very easy to do, you might also want to include some weight training, but make sure to look for professional assistance first. Always remember to ask your physician before starting this or any particular training routine, especially if you suffer from cardiovascular or musculoskeletal diseases.
