Bloating
In some cases, abdominal pain might be caused by intestinal gas. Patients often experience bloating after a meal, primarily when the tumor has grown larger and starts to cause alterations to the normal bowel movements. Bloating in colon cancer tends to be progressive as the disease aggravates, and might be worsened after eating certain foods. It should be differentiated from many other conditions, and only a professional would make an appropriate contrast.
