Lymph drainage
Osteosarcoma in the early course of the disease does not metastasize, but when it spreads to the soft tissues around, it does metastasize to the local lymph nodes. Ewing’s sarcoma may metastasize to regional lymph nodes. Chondrosarcoma does not metastasize.
