Relation to the surrounding tissue
The tissues overlying osteomas can be moved easily. In osteosarcoma the overlying tissue maybe mobile or sessile depending on the invasiveness of tumor. Ewing’s sarcoma and osteoclastoma does not infiltrate surrounding tissue hence the overlying tissue can be moved easily.
