Lymphadenopathy
It is the clinical name of an enlarged lymph node, an important characteristic of mononucleosis. It is initially present in the anterior and posterior cervical lymph nodes, and their swelling is often non-tender. Later on in the disease, the inguinal and axillary lymph nodes may also become involved.
