Urinary symptoms
The tumor mass can put pressure on the ureter and urinary bladder, causing obstruction in the outflow of urine. The tumor can also lead to renal failure due to lymphadenopathy. Para-aortic lymph node swelling can lead to hydronephrosis by pressure effect on ureters.
