Typical symptoms of cancer
Anorexia, weight loss, dyspnoea, wasting, abdominal pain, multiple swelling on body, and general malaise are some of the features present in most types of cancer, including testicular cancer during a late stage of the disease. Some of these symptoms can be caused by a release of cytokines by the tumor mass or due to chemotherapy.
